Our story
Built on a simple belief: paying rent should count for something.
For most families in Eswatini, the path to home ownership has had a single gate: a traditional bond. Without one, years of reliable rent payments build a landlord's asset — never the tenant's. Select Home was created to change that. We are bringing Eswatini its first structured rent-to-own housing pathway, where the home you move into today can become the home you own.
It starts with the homes themselves. Through developments like Malkerns Square on the Mbabane–Manzini corridor, we build secure, modern communities with the amenities families actually use — and attach a clear ownership pathway to every qualifying unit. Tenants sign a standard lease, pay a structured monthly amount, and build the payment record that counts towards ownership on terms agreed from day one.
